The Winter in Russian North project has begun in Vologda Region.
The traditional winter project "Winter in the Russian North" has begun in the Vologda Region. The Winter in the Russian North project will be held from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
The international scientific and technical conference is held within the framework of the Russian Forest, an international forum and exhibition annually held in Vologda.
The Russian Folklore Festival "Village - the Soul of Russia" is aimed at preserving cultural identity, creating conditions for the development of traditional folk culture and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of the Vologda Region and various regions of Russia.
Russia's Ded Moroz will go on a traditional pre-New Year journey across foreign countries. This winter, he is to visit Mumbai, Bratislava, Luxembourg, Berlin, the Hague, Marseille and other cities. There are about two dozen cities all in all.
