Black caviar is one of the most expensive food products in the world. The Vologda Region produces black caviar at the only enterprise, Diana, which is a part of the Russian Caviar House group of companies. Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov visited the plant and met its top leadership.
