On the eve of April 30th, Firefighters’ Day, Oleg Kuvshinnikov congratulated Vologda’s Fire Service on this professional holiday, the day of founding of Russia’s Firefighting force. The first fire service in Russia was established by Czar Alexey Mikhailovich under signed decree named "Direction on Municipal rescue", which signed on April 30, 1649, in Moscow.
Vologda Oblast Governor addressed the deputies of the Vologda Legislative Assembly with a report on the activities of the local government in 2016.
