Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Pavel Astakhov arrived in the Vologda Oblast on a working visit. He visited Sokol and Vologda, and also held a meeting on the issues of providing state guarantees of the rights and legitimate interests of children in the Vologda Region.
The festival is arranged alternately in Finland and Russia.

Oleg Kuvshinnikov has been inaugurated as Vologda Oblast Governor at a ceremony in the Vologda Oblast Government.
