VII International Gavrilin Festival is coming to a close in Vologda.
VII International Gavrilin Festival is being held in Vologda from October 1 through December 4. It has brought together musicians from Russian regions, the CIS, the Czech Republic and the USA. The programme of the festival includes almost 75 concerts, master classes and other festival events.
According to a study conducted by the RF Ministry of Culture, the Vologda Region is in the list of Russia's regions with highly- developed cultural life.
The meeting was chaired by Nikolai Tsukanov, Plenipotentiary Presidential Representative in the North Western Federal District. It focused on a tourism project “Silver Necklace of Russia”.
Almost haft of this sum will be allocated from the federal treasury to balance the budget of the Vologda Oblast in 2018.
