Severstal received a tender for the production and supply of 1,363 tons of bimetallic steel for the outer skin of the bow of the hull of the lead nuclear-powered icebreaker “Rossiya” of project 10 510. This was reported by the press service of the mining and metallurgical company.

The following is known about the life and death of St. Paul of Obnorsk. Paul was born in Moscow in the first half of the 14th century. From childhood he craved to be a monk. Soon he joined the cloister of St. Sergius of Radonezh where he lived as a hermit for 15 years. An advocate of silent contemplation, he wanted yet more seclusion: he wanted to settle down in deserted Volga forests. He begged his teacher to bless his hermitage in the wilderness.

It is the oldest cloister in Belosero, 137 older than the St. Cyril Belozero Monastery. The Kamenny Monastery was founded in 1269 by the Grand Prince of Belosero Gleb Vasilkovich who vowed to do so during a storm at Kubenskoye Lake which was notorious for shipwrecks. It was on a small islet of the same name measuring only 120 by 70 metres and located in the north-east of the lake that a monastic community started.
