International conference Fort Ross Dialogue will take place in Vologda on June 3-4

The meeting participants will discuss cooperation between Russia and the United States in the areas of scientific diplomacy, economy, business, and education against the crisis between Moscow and Washington.

Totma: Architectural Heritage in Photographs has recently been published by "Tri Kvadrata" publishers in Moscow with the support of the Kennan Institute. This book is devoted to the architectural and historical heritage of Totma, an important northern commercial center whose connections eventually extended to the Russian settlements in Alaska and California, including Fort Ross. The photographs are by the book's author, William Craft Brumfield, one of the leading western specialists on the history of Russian architecture, professor of Slavic studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, and honorary fellow of both the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences and the Russian Academy of the Arts.

LUXEMBOURG, Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tenaris S.A. (NYSE, Buenos Aires and Mexico: TS and MTA Italy: TEN) announced today that it will form a joint venture with PAO Severstal to build a welded pipe plant to produce OCTG products in the Surgut area, West Siberia, Russian Federation. Tenaris will have a 49% interest in the joint venture company, with Severstal owning the remaining 51%. The commencement of the project is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

PAO Severstal and Air Liquide have signed a new long-term contract for the supply of oxygen, nitrogen and argon in Cherepovets. Air Liquide will invest around 50 million euros in the construction of a state-of-the-art Air Separation Unit (ASU) which will improve the energy efficiency and the overall environmental footprint of the Severstal production process.
