Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov and Executive Director of the North West Strategic Partnership Alexei Bagaryakov signed a cooperation agreement in Saint Petersburg.
Oleg Kuvshinnikov will hold a direct communication session during which he will respond to questions from citizens of the Vologda Region.
