Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov arrived in Moscow to meet RF Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachyov. During the working meeting Mr. Kuvshinnikov briefed on development of agribusiness in the Vologda Oblast and put forward an idea to arrange an international dairy forum in Vologda.
An impressive delegation of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia has arrived in the Vologda Region aiming to get acquainted with its economic potential.
On a visit to the Vologda Region, Mr. Tsukanov held a meeting with the top leadership of the Vologda Oblast Government and discussed issues concerning socio-economic development of the region. Fulfilling the presidential policy decrees, implementation of the program on resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing, construction of dwelling housing - these issues were indicated as priorities during the meeting.
