To increase road capacity, improve transport infrastructure and reduce accidents – these issues were indicated as priorities for Vologda and Russia as a whole.
The meeting of Vologda’s Governor and the members of the Latvian delegation took place at the local government. It was devoted to activity of the Association of Healthy Cities, Districts and Villages.
The parties discussed further cooperation in the sphere of ecology and protection of the region's settlements from flooding and summed up the results of joint work.
