The museum admission is free for Vologda’s schoolchildren and students and residents of the region. Entry to the permanent collections of the Vologda State Museum-Preserve and Vologda Picture Gallery is free; while charges may apply for special exhibitions.

Vologda Region is set to participate in RUSSIA EXPO.
All subjects of the country will take part in the large-scale federal project which will start in November 2023 and last till April 2024.
