Senegal became the largest consumer of Vologda’s ice cream in 2023.
In 2023, 139 tons of most delicious ice cream from the Vologda Region were exported to Senegal, a country in West Africa.
The traditional All-Russian New Year Tree of Wishes campaign is taking place at the country’s main Exposition. Representatives of ministries and agencies, politicians, heads of regions and other famous personalities fulfill children’s wishes.

In 2023 Vologda Region doubled the export of black caviar.
In the first 11 months of 2023, 171 kg of sturgeon caviar was exported from the Vologda Region to Vietnam, Indonesia, Qatar, Serbia, Korea and Turkey. Last year, 68.3 kg of caviar was exported to Vietnam, Korea, Serbia and Oman.
