Export of glued plywood from Vologda Region has almost tripled.
Four batches of glued plywood (total volume of 150 cubic meters) produced by one of the enterprises of the Vologda Region were recently exported to China. All products meet the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.

In the run-up to the New Year Ded Moroz visited France.
Ded Moroz set out on his traditional tour of Russia and foreign countries in the run-up to the New Year after his birthday on November 18. He also visited festive events in China and Italy.

Emergency medical car-fleet of Vologda Region will be upgraded.
Twenty five new emergency vehicles will be shipped to rural districts of the Vologda Region. GLONASS is installed in all cars, the emergency vehicles are also equipped with state-of-the-art outfit for first aid.

Ded Moroz Train continues its traditional New Year trip.
Ded Moroz set off on a trip to Russian regions on November 13. Ded Moroz' traditional New Year trip will last till January 11, 2025. The train will stop at over 60 Russian cities and towns. Festive performances and concerts will be held in all cities, where Ded Moroz is headed.
Under the contracts signed, the “Vologda Ice-Cream”, Vologda-based ice cream manufacturer, exported 19 tons of its ice-cream to Senegal and Mongolia. 11.3 tons of ice cream were delivered to Mongolia and 7.8 tons - to Senegal.
The festival "Village - the Soul of Russia" features folk music and culture in Russia.
