Veliky Ustyug takes the third place in the list of Russia's cities that are most popular destinations among foreign tourists in 2017, according to a study conducted by e-service for searching hotels RoomGuru.ru.
The Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic and the Vologda Oblast have been sustaining partnership ties since 2005 in such spheres as culture, economy, tourism, education, small- and medium-sized businesses, fair and exhibition activities, firefighting and rescue service.

Vologda enters top fifteen cities of Russia for trips in 2017.
The city of Vologda takes eleventh place in the list of Russia's most popular destinations in 2017, according to a study conducted by e-service for searching hotels RoomGuru.ru.
A delegation from the Vologda Region led by Deputy Governor Oleg Vasiliev visited Madrid, Spain to participate in FITUR, one of the first tourism fairs in the world.
