Deputy Governor Alexei Kozhevnikov presented prizes in science and innovation for scientists in the local government.
Jyri Uusitalo, Finland, who was leading for some time took a silver medal. He was in very close competition with the Russian Sergey Gorlanov throughout the race, with Gorlanov 2 seconds slower at the end and so taking the bronze.
The agreement was signed by Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov and PhosAgro CEO Andrey Guryev in Moscow on February 7.
