Since the beginning of 2025, 464 tons of ice cream have been exported from the Vologda Region to six countries in Asia and Africa.

Vologda's technical fat export to Poland exceeded 4,000 tons.
Since the beginning of 2025, 4 200 tons of technical fat have been exported from the Vologda Region to Poland. In the same period of 2024, 3 400 tons were exported. Thus, technical fat exports increased by 22%.
The Days of the Vologda Region in the Republic of Belarus is an important platform for presenting the region's economic, tourism, cultural and educational potential.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 800 shipments of lumber and sawn timber (39.200 cubic meters) have been exported from the Vologda Region to Uzbekistan.

Aug 23: Vologda will join the annual Russian Cinema Night campaign.
The Cinema Night will be held in Russia for the tenth time. Open cinemas, concert halls, museums, and libraries will prepare lectures, excursions, concerts and screenings of famous films.
Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, exhibition halls and galleries are free of charge in the Vologda Region. The museum admission is free for Vologda’s schoolchildren and students and residents of the region. Entry to the permanent collections of the Vologda State Museum-Preserve and Vologda Picture Gallery is free; while charges may apply for special exhibitions.
