Free museum day on November 19.
On November 19th, many of the region's museums and galleries offer free entry in order to have a more diverse range of visitors.
The visit is organized following the agreements reached at the Vologda Region Days in the Republic of Belarus.

The Russian Folklore Festival "Village - the Soul of Russia" is aimed at preserving cultural identity, creating conditions for the development of traditional folk culture and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of the Vologda Region and various regions of Russia.
