Oleg Kuvshinnikov, who has won Vologda’s gubernatorial election, is to be sworn in as the region’s Governor in 20 days following the election, on September 23rd, according to the Charter of the Vologda Oblast.
Oleg Kuvshinnikov was awarded the prize named after Alexander Pochinok, a long-time Russian government figure who served as President Vladimir Putin's first Tax Minister.
The participants of the meeting arrived in Moscow to discuss the results of the elections on September 14 and plans for future work in the 30 regions concerned.
