Vologda’s Governor congratulates on Labour Day celebrated on May 1.

In Russia, May 1 is celebrated as the Day of Spring and Labour, a day on which we celebrate the forces of nature and man.
May 1st remains one of the most favourite holidays in our country, the holiday of the working man, whether he is a businessman, a director, a doctor, a teacher or a worker. The work is fundamental in a person’s life, it gives an opportunity to raise children, to support families, to do good to the society.
On the eve of this day Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov thanked all the residents of the Vologda Oblast working for the benefit of the region in various spheres and wished the people further progress and prosperity.
The Governor wished Vologda’s residents spiritual and physical strength, vigor and success at work.
