The centre for school nutrition is to emerge in Vologda Region.
According to the Russian President’s Address to the Federal Assembly delivered on January 15, 2020 free hot meals must be provided to all primary school students from grade one through four starting from September 1, 2020 in those regions and schools that have the required level of technical equipment. Primary school students must start receiving high-quality hot meals free of charge in all Russian regions from September 1, 2023.
The second reading of amendments to the Russian Constitution took place on March 10th. Russian federal lawmakers adopted the second reading of legislation that would introduce sweeping reforms to the nation's Constitution. Members of the working group, State Duma deputies and Federation Council members participated directly and very intensely in developing amendments to the Constitution.

Mr. Kuvshinnikov got acquainted with the industrial and agricultural enterprises of the municipality.

The Interregional Folklore Festival "The Village - the Soul of Russia" has received the status of Russian festival. This year over 60 folklore groups from 15 Russian regions will participate in it.
The significant event occurred in Cherepovets - the opening of two new kindergartens. Each preschool institution is designed for 420 places and it will help to settle the problem of a lack of kindergarten places in the city.
During the Russian President's visit to Cherepovets, Vologda Region Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov had a working meeting with the President.
