The president of Russia delivered the Address to the Federal Assembly on February 20th. The ceremony took place in Gostiny Dvor, Moscow. Federation Council members, State Duma deputies, members of the Government, leaders of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court and regional governors attended the presentation of the Address.
Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov is to visit all 26 districts of the Vologda Region, and the cities of Vologda and Cherepovets where he will meet with the heads of the districts and their population.

On February 8th Vologda's Governor visited the District of Vologda to inspect economic and social development of the district.
