V Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia in Mogilev brought together over 2,000 participants. Taking part in the forum are over 20 governors of Russian regions, including Vologda Region Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov. More than 70 documents on cooperation will be signed at the Forum.
The 5th Belarus-Russia Forum of Regions kicked off in Mogilev on October 10. It will run till October 12. The forum is organized by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia.
