Germany opens a visa centre in Vologda.
From now on, Vologda’s residents planning to visit Germany can submit visa applications at a new visa centre in Vologda that was opened on March 13. German Consul General in St. Petersburg Dr Eltje Aderhold arrived in Vologda to open a visa centre. Thus, Germany which is one of the most often visited countries by Russians has become closer to Vologda.
According to the Vologda Oblast Government, availability of places in preschool institutions for children from 3 to 7 years old in our region is 100 percent. By RF President's decree, municipalities are required to guarantee all children at least 3 years of age a spot in a nursery school. Now the Russian President set a new task - to fully provide children under three years of age with places in nurseries by 2021.
