Vologda leads the popular vote for "Cultural Capital 2027" title.
Vologda City is taking part in the competition "Cultural Capital of Russia 2027". The popular vote for the "Cultural Capital 2027" will last until December 5. More than 12,800 people have already voted for Vologda to become the "Cultural Capital".
The exhibition was visited by Georgy Filimonov, Vologda Region Governor, and Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
