Russian ice cream from Vologda will go to China.

The export contract between the Vologda Ice Cream Company and Kubing Import&Export Trading Co., Ltd was signed within the framework of the Vologda Region Days in China.
"Ten tons of the well-known Vologda's sweet delicacy were sent to the People's Republic of China. The cargo is expected to arrive in Shanghai next week," said Georgy Filimonov, Governor of the Vologda Region. According to the head of the region, the company plans to ship another 18 tons of its products by the end of January.
In total, under the contract signed, it is planned to export more than two thousand tons of ice cream to China within five years.
Vologda Ice-cream company annually produces 30 thousand tons of most delicious ice cream. Chocolate ice, ice cream in small waffle briquettes, ice cream with waffle cups, fruity ice cream - 250 types all in all are produced by the Vologda Ice Cream. Besides offering a diversity of flavours manufacturers are also ready to satisfy specific demands of consumers.
All raw materials are purchased from local farmers, so the quality of ice cream and sorbets is unquestionable.
