Oleg Kuvshinnikov paid a working visit to the District of Vozhega.

Throughout the year acting Governor of Vologda Oblast Oleg Kuvshinnikov is to visit all 26 districts of the Vologda Region, and the cities of Vologda and Cherepovets where he will meet with the heads of the districts and their population.
This time Mr. Kuvshinnikov aims to assess the results of socio-economic development of the regions in 2013, meet with experts engaged in such spheres as agriculture, medicine, culture and education, entrepreneurs, and public figures.
To begin with, the acting Governor visited a local youth centre where young people can meet and participate in different activities. The youth centre was set up a year ago to provide young people with activities designed to keep them off the streets and out of trouble, and to give them a job and an interest in activity. It fosters and sustains interpersonal connections, encourages voluntary community involvement, promotes family values and respect.
The centre is engaged in charitable activities, it gathers things for families with many children and families that encounter difficult life situations.
The visit of Oleg Kuvshinnikov to Vozhega District wound up with a meeting with the residents of the district.
