The Regional State Council is an advisory body to the Governor, which deals with issues of the highest importance to the region as a whole.
On October 18th Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov held a meeting, during which the key figures of the local government and deputies of the Legislative Council discussed the issues of socio-economic development for the next three years, as well as the region’s budget for this period.
