For every resident of Russia and Vologda Region, it is important to feel the reliable shoulder of a friend, to bring harmony to their families, to form work friendships, and to be proud of the great history and heroes of the Fatherland.
Unity has been and always will be a manifestation of the power that determines the fate of the entire nation. Our people have rich traditions of collaboration and unity both in difficult moments and in the joy of great achievements.
Now Russia is going through a period of serious historical trials, when the fate of all mankind is being decided. Today, soldiers of a special military operation, volunteers, home front workers, families of heroes, residents of towns and villages - all of us protect our Homeland.
I wish you all good spirits, optimism, good health, well-being and new victories!
