A business park is scheduled to open in Vologda in 2020.

A meeting of the Experts’ Council of the Vologda Oblast Development Corporation took place in the Vologda Oblast Government on August 12th. The participants of the meeting approved of an idea of creating a business park in which many office buildings are grouped together. It will emerge in Vologda in 2020.
Vologda Oblast Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov supported the idea and asked the leadership of the Vologda Region Development Corporation to focus on the development and implementation of the project with the city authorities.
“We’d like to turn Vologda into a centre of science, business and innovation, to create a favourable investment environment that will be possible thanks to an office park, a modern multimedia cluster of innovation development. The concept which was presented today meets the needs of business and population", said Mr. Kuvshinnikov.
