Vologda City and Strasbourg have been sustaining partnership ties since 2008. The framework cooperation agreement between Strasbourg and Vologda was signed by the mayors of the two cities. The aims of the agreement are set out around these main themes: culture and heritage, tourism, sport, health and social cohesion.
