A delegation of the Vologda Region headed by the Minister of Forestry Complex Evgeny Agulov has arrived in the city of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. The main objective of the working visit is to promote the region's products to the Chinese market.

A working meeting between the Vologda Region Governor and the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation took place in Moscow.

The Vologda Region Governor briefed on the results of the region's fishery complex, which made a great contribution to the implementation of the national project  "Technological Support for Food Security," initiated under President Vladimir Putin.

The traditional winter project "Winter in the Russian North" has begun in the Vologda Region. The Winter in the Russian North project is held from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.

The festival will take place as part of the Winter of the Russian North project initiated by Vologda Region Governor Georgy Filimonov. It is not just a celebration of horse breeding and traditions - it is a significant event for promoting the cultural and tourism potential of the Vologda Region.
