The 36th FISAE International Ex-libris Congress that began its work in Vologda on August 23rd brought together collectors, artists, scholars, historians and researchers from 15 countries. Over 100 ex-libris enthusiasts arrived from the Chinese People’s Republic.

There are over 200 delegates, from 15 countries, with good representation from continental Europe and the Far East (China, Poland, Italy, Belarus, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, France, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and others).
