Vologda Oblast Government and PhosAgro are to sign an agreement on granting investment privileges for new production facilities construction.

The agreement between the Vologda Oblast Government and PhosAgro, one of the world’s leading vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producers will be signed within the Russian-German Resource Conference at the Saint-Petersburg Mining University. The conference will be opened on 5th of October in Saint-Petersburg.

Vologda Region and Republic of Crimea signed a cooperation agreement at the International Investment Forum Sochi-2015.

Within the framework of the International Investment Forum Sochi-2015, Vologda’s Governor Oleg Kuvshinnikov met with head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov. The parties are interested in establishing partnership ties between the regions. Such leading enterprises of the Vologda Oblast as Severstal (one of the largest steel producers in Russia) and PhosAgro (one of the world’s leading producers of phosphate-based fertilisers) deliver their goods to the Republic of Crimea.
