The geography of international supplies of Vologda’s agricultural products is expanding. The output of the food and processing industry has increased since the beginning of 2024, which has a positive effect on the dynamics of regional exports. The region is more than self-sufficient in nearly all major products.
Since the beginning of 2024, enterprises of our region have exported more than 500 tons of dairy products. This is 1.7 times more than in the same period last year.
The exhibition of Vologda’s lace kicked off in Beijing and Shanghai within the frameworks of the Days of the Vologda Region in China.

In April 2024, a Memorandum on friendly relations and cooperation was signed between the Government of the Vologda Region and the People's Government of Shaanxi Province. On a return visit, a delegation from the region, consisting of members of the Vologda Region Government and representatives of 18 leading companies, arrived in Xi'an.
