PhosAgro to transfer management of enterprises from Moscow to Cherepovets.
PhosAgro will move the management of its enterprises from Moscow to Cherepovets, in the Vologda region.
The Russian fertilizer producer's press office told Interfax that the management company CJSC PhosAgro AG would be relocated to Cherepovets, where the group's key investment projects are currently carried out at its PhosAgro-Cherepovets facility.
PhosAgro CEO Andrei Guryev said that the move is connected with optimization processes that are taking place in the company. "This is in large part connected with the fact that the Cherepovets facility is becoming more and more strategically important for us, as our key investment projects are going to be implemented there in the near future".
