Vologda’s timber exports to Iraq have tripled during this year.

Since the beginning of September, 2,146 cubic meters of timber and lumber of deciduous and coniferous species have been exported to Iraq from the Vologda Region.
All products passed the necessary control and fully complied with the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
In total, since the beginning of 2023, 25,692 cubic meters of timber and lumber have been exported from the Vologda Region to Iraq. It is more than 3 times higher compared to the last year.
