Vologda’s ice-cream exports to Israel exceeded 2022 numbers.

Since the beginning of 2023, 52.6 tons of Russian ice cream from Vologda have already been exported to Israel. In 2022, Israel received 48.6 tons of sweet delicacy from Vologda.

The most popular ice-cream delivered to Israel was vanilla ice cream in a waffle cup with chocolate glaze. Chocolate-covered popsicles and popsicles with almonds and caramel were also in demand.

Vologda’s ice-cream is notable for natural taste free from vegetable fats and diversity of flavors.

Vologda Ice-Cream Company annually produces 30 thousand tons of most delicious ice cream. Chocolate ice, ice cream in small waffle briquettes, ice cream with waffle cups, fruity ice-cream - Vologda’s enterprise produces 250 items of various goods.
