Vologda's ice cream export to six countries reached 522 tons.

Under the contracts signed, the “Vologda Ice-Cream”, Vologda-based ice cream manufacturer, exports its ice-cream notable for natural taste free from vegetable fats and diversity of flavors to foreign countries.
Vologda Ice-cream company annually produces 30 thousand tons of most delicious ice cream. Chocolate ice, ice cream in small waffle briquettes, ice cream with waffle cups, fruity ice-cream - 250 types all in all are produced by the Vologda Ice-Cream.
Taste and quality of Vologda’s ice-cream is first of all determined by quality of raw materials - milk, cream and butter. The Vologda Ice-Cream cooperates with local farmers who can guarantee sustained high quality of milk and dairy products.
Since the beginning of 2025, 522 tons of ice cream from the Vologda Region have been exported to Abkhazia, Israel, China, Nigeria, Mongolia and Senegal (that is a 56% increase compared to the last year figures). During the same period of 2024, 334 tons of ice cream were shipped from our region abroad. All products passed the necessary control and fully complied with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importing country.
