Vologda's carpentry export has increased 275 times.

Vologda's carpentry export has increased 275 times.

Since the beginning of 2025, 248,000 joinery and carpentry products have been exported from the Vologda Region to Turkey, Uzbekistan and Georgia.

For comparison: in 2024, exports amounted to only 900 pieces, all products were shipped to Uzbekistan.

In November 2025, state inspectors from the North-Western Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Department inspected 21,000 joinery and carpentry products intended for export to Turkey from the Vologda Region. Wood products were examined for compliance with all phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
