Vologda Region exported 89 tons of technical fat to Poland.

Technical fat is made from that part of the animal base, which it is not possible to use in the production of food products. However, it can be successfully used for the manufacture of cosmetics, the production of grease and other technical liquids.
All products passed the necessary control and fully complied with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importing countries.
In total, 1,097 tons of technical fat have been exported from the Vologda Region to Poland since the beginning of the year.
Last year, 3 206 tons of technical fat were exported from the Vologda Region to EU countries (Poland, the Czech Republic and Sweden).
