Cooperation of Vologda Region and India was discussed in the frames of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. First Deputy Governor Anton Koltsov had a meeting with president of the Indian Business Alliance in Moscow Sammy Kotwani.
President of the Indian Business Alliance Sammy Kotwani spoke on what market segments Indian companies find most attractive in the Vologda Region. The Indian Business Alliance (IBA) is an umbrella organization for all Indian companies in Russia. It is exclusively devoted to the promotion of all the interests of the Indian business community in Russia.
India is a guest country in the 2017 SPIEF. The Prime Minister of India is the Guest of Honour as India and Russia celebrate 70 years of diplomatic relations.
