Vologda Oblast is stepping up cooperation with Belarus in fish-breeding.

A delegation of the Vologda Region led by Deputy Governor Mikhail Glazkov has arrived in Belarus on a working visit. The main objective of the visit is to expand cooperation between Belarus and the Vologda Region in fishery and aquaculture.
Vologda’s experts attended some of the leading enterprises of the fish-breeding sector in Belarus and got acquainted with current achievements in aquaculture research in Belarus.
The parties agreed to exchange experiences and technologies in aquaculture development, to participate in joint seminars and conferences.
