Vologda is to join an international Museum Selfie Day on January 17th.

On January 17, 2018 museum visitors, curators, and managers from all over the world will be taking part in #MuseumSelfie day, a Twitter project aimed at raising awareness of the great collections being housed by national and regional museums across the globe.
Museum Selfie Day is the internet event where everyone is invited to snap a selfie at their favourite museum in front of their favourite exhibits and post it to Instagram and Twitter.
Stop by the Vologda State Museum-Preserve, snap a selfie at your favourite exhibit and post it on January 17. Remember to hashtag #MuseumSelfie!
