Vologda has joined an international Museum Selfie Day on January 15.

On January 15, 2025 museum visitors, curators, and managers from all over the world are taking part in #MuseumSelfie day, a project aimed at raising awareness of the great collections being housed by national and regional museums across the globe.
Museum Selfie Day is the internet event where everyone is invited to snap a selfie at their favourite museum in front of their favourite exhibits and post it. Celebrated on the third Wednesday in January, it is a unique blend of art, history, and modern social media culture.
