Unique Russian-Swiss enterprise will appear in Vologda.

On September 20th, Deputy Governor Vitaly Tushinov took part in the solemn opening of construction of a new workshop at Aleksandra Plus, a Vologda-based company that develops ultrasonic technologies and produces ultrasonic equipment.
It is planned that the new workshop with an area of almost 2000 square metres will produce high-performance ultrasonic equipment for nuclear power, aircraft and space industry, metallurgy and mining. Automated ultrasonic lines will be produced for Rosatom Corporation, aircraft industry, metallurgy, chemical industry, housing and communal utilities.
Unique production will be launched with the assistance of a Swiss company. The investments will total RUR 100 mln. About 30 new working places will be created in Vologda thanks to this cooperation. The new plant will reach full capacity in three years.
