The fairytale train of Ded Moroz has arrived in Vologda.

Vologda became the 79th city on the route of the fairytale train.
The Ded Moroz Train is a winter wonderland where children and their parents gather to make memories they’ll treasure year after year. The railcars are decorated beautifully to celebrate the season.
The Ded Moroz Express Train consists of several decorated wagons. Some of them are occupied by technical staff and an animation team. It also includes a residence car of Ded Moroz with a bedroom, a dining car and a gift shop where one can buy souvenirs or send a letter to Russia's chief magician.
Ded Moroz set off on a big New Year's journey on his train on November 11, 2023. First, he visited the cities of Labytnangi, Vorkuta, Usinsk, Pechora, Ukhta and Syktyvkar. On November 18-19 he stayed in his kingdom to celebrate his birthday. Then the magic man continued his journey, taking his train on a 32,000-kilometer trip through more than 80 cities. Extended and short holiday programs are planned in big cities and small stations.
The main holiday-season miracle-maker visited Russian cities and gave long-awaited presents to children before New Year. Everyone was able to hop on the magical express and feel the spirit of the holiday on the Ded Moroz Express Train.
