Pushkin Card project aims to popularize cultural events among young people.

The Pushkinskaya Karta project (Pushkin cards) which provides Russian young people with free access to the treasures of Russian culture started working on September 1, 2021. Its participants are Russian museums, theaters, concert halls, philharmonic societies, libraries and other centers of culture of federal and local significance, including private ones.
Over the four years of the project, the Pushkin Card has begun to play an increasingly important role in the cultural life of Russa. Every Russian aged 14-22 is now able to visit museums, exhibitions, concerts and other venues at the expense of the federal budget and free of charge.
The card limit for 2026 is 5000 rubles, which you can spend on tickets to theaters, museums, or cinema (for the purchase of cinema tickets costs a limit of 2000 rubles). Introduction of “Pushkin cards” aims to familiarize the youth with high national culture.
Numerous cultural events of the Vologda Region have already joined the "Pushkin cards” project.
