Export volumes of timber from Vologda Region increased by 10%.

Since the beginning of 2025, 178.7 thousand cubic meters of lumber and sawn timber have been exported from the Vologda Region, which is 10% higher than last year's figures (161.7 thousand cubic meters were exported in the same period of 2024).

Lately, 501 cubic meters of softwood lumber have been exported to Turkey from the Vologda Region. All products passed the necessary control and fully complied with the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importing country.

In 2025, the largest volume of Vologda's timber industry products were delivered to China (142.7 thousand cu m), Egypt (7,6 thousand cu m), Turkey (6.1 thousand cu m), Vietnam (4,9 thousand cu m) and India (4,8 thousand cu m).
