Export of Vologda’s timber to Egypt increased 2.3 times.

From January 1 to October 11, 2024, 86.2 thousand cubic meters of hardwood and coniferous lumber harvested by Vologda's enterprises were sent to Egypt.
All products passed the necessary control and fully complied with the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
The volume of deliveries is 2.3 times higher than last year's figures. During the same period of 2023, 36.6 thousand cubic meters of timber and lumber were exported to Egypt.
