Enjoy Spring of the Russian North.

A large-scale project "Spring of the Russian North" is launched on the initiative of Governor Georgy Filimonov. Hundreds events covering different genres and styles of music, crafts and theatre will be held within the framework of the "Spring of the Russian North" project.
The Spring of the Russian North project features celebrations offering numerous workshops, children’s performances, concerts, and sports competitions, typically running from March to May, including Victory Day programs.
The festival will come to each area of the region to offer a wide range of activities in outdoor spaces and in culture and sports institutions.
The region will prepare outdoor stages and indoor venues to hold concerts, master-classes, lectures, sports festivals, fairs, and other holiday events.
